In the reception to your e-mail, either with the Vehicle’s link or the wished characteristics, our specialized Team contacts the Concessionaire and begin to receive the information of the vehicle’s Status. We will ask for the Vehicle’s VIN number to check the historical. With the VIN number we can also obtain the historical of accidents (if it existed) and other many information. Once we have received all the Vehicle’s Status information, we will respond at the client and give him all the received information, and once the agreement of the client has been received, we will proceed to the next step.

With the client’s agreement, we will proceed to the purchase of the vehicle, sending at the concessionaire a vehicle’s orders form, and later we will received the Purchase Invoice Contract, which we will verify absolutely all, to are sure that we are buying the correctly wished client’s vehicle, and we will also verify that the car will be sold as agreed. Once the purchase is processed, we will proceed to send our client the Proforma Invoice to end the purchase. Once everything is clear, we will proceed to the next step: The payment.

When we receive the Concessionaire’s Purchase contract, he will ask us for a reservation signal, this means, to reserve our vehicle, we should pay the advanced 10% and so already the car can’t be sold to a other interested person. If you don’t pay the 10% we take the risk that the Vehicle can be sold in the time to another person. We will wait the totality of the amount of the client’s part. After we have received the totality of the amount, we would pay the Vehicle amount to the concessionaire.

The last step it’s the pickup of the vehicle. Once time that the totality of the amount was pay to the concessionaire, we will organize the transport. We counted with an ample qualifies drivers team. One of our drivers will arrive to the concessionaire to pick up the Vehicle. Our driver, at place, will make the relevant checks of the Vehicle's status to be sure that the car stays in perfect condition before leaving the place.
